Tools & Fabrication - off road dual air intake

I am in the process of fabbing up a dual air filter intake & want to get this "y" instead of a "T". Does anyone know where I can get a stainless steel "y"?

I've got a "T" I can use, I just need to order up a couple of 45's & get started.
