Southern Members - Commerce 7/13/12

Anyone going? Im hoping to get a baseline run in the new '13 SS. Hopefully with the dual mode exhaust and electric p/s I can crack 12.90s stock. My brother in his '11 5.0 and my dad in his '10 cts-v will be there as well.

Don't count on 12.90's @ Commerce brother, especially in this heat. Most stock 2010+ SS's run mid-high 13's, some in the low 14's in hot weather up there. Commerce has horrible air this time of year.

I'm shooting to be up there. Gonna bring my 7yr old son for his first ever drag strip visit.

I have been there enough to know the track this time of year sucks but Ill see if the 'driver mod' will help. My brother ran his best time in his 5.0 this time last year so maybe ill catch a break. Also with the recent rain, hopefully itll cool things off just alittle. Ill have my 2 1/2 year old there as well. He loves it. If you see a white '13 with drive out plates come say hey...

Every time that I have been up there I usually don't see any f-bodies.
