I got a similar set in May 2012 and they have been fine so far. My mechanic chose not to use the supplied gaskets, opting for GM originals, but otherwise he had seen others and they have held up.

I've had a set of eBay stainless headers on my car for over a year and a half now. The only problems I had was the flange wasn't completely flat on one of them and it leaked a little at first. A set of Remflex header gaskets fixed that. The driver side collector is a little to close to the floor pan, but nothing too bad. Other than those two things the pipe and flange for the EGR broke off. I got rid of the EGR and AIR pump during the header install so I just put a bolt in the hole and welded it up. Other than those small problems you can't beat them for the money.
