Default Nitto nt 555r drag

Anyone who has run these tires, How do they hook from dead stop? I need a set of tires for 1/4 street racing and odd drag strip nights, thanks

Are you m6 or a4? If its in your sig I apologize as I am on my phone. I'm running 555rs in 305 35 18 with an m6 (cammed 397 rwhp) and have had good luck with them on the street. They are no where near as soft as a hoosier or mt, but the 555rs probably last 3x as long if not more. If your an a4 with mild stall you will probably be okay. If your m6 just do a fast slip on the launch and they will hold. Dropping the clutch... the 555rs will probably fry especially on an unprepared surface.
