Used to be a guy on here that sold them for like 30 bucks or so a few years back. Very simple to use, Had a hole at one end of a piece of bar stock and the other end had a U shape that would compress the valve spring and all you need was the rocker arm bolt to use it, changed a shit load of valve springs with that tool lol

ebay. you can get those above mentioned tool kits for 20-30 bucks. I have several.
