So ASE is a definite requirement?

Its a positive indicator in a resume, but like everyother position, for me experience in GM drivetrains and suspension is a big factor.

I like GM dealership work experience because of the additional skill and liaison networking it provides.

I want less of a guy that can figure out what to do, and more of the guy that has grown passed that and knows going into the job what to do and expect during the job.

Sent me what you have.

Phil

Know someone who sent e-mail with CV, he's highly trained GM and Honda tech with over 5 years experience.

Yes I communicated with him yesterday and this morning.

I like how the pool of techs is building. Something I didnt think about but was added because of a highly qualified applicant. Suspension packages. We'll be using a local expert for that to. That was a nice surprise.
