The 2003 Cobra running 14lbs with exhaust,Intake, and pulley. I can't remember what all the Camaro had at the time. It now has a turbo. He use to run 250 shot at the track and I know that the bottom end was beefe up. I think maybe he had LS3 heads & intake, different rods and piston, and a torquer V3 cam. I really don't think he sprayed on this run because his tanks were out of the car. It would def run low 10's on spray. I have a picture of him doing a wheelie off the line with slicks. If he woulda been running spray, he woulda left the Cobra like it was tied to a stump.
