Only fiberglass ones I'm aware of were not cut for factory bodies and require extensive modification to work.

I made a "one piece" front end using a factory bumper, fenders and headlight covers. Put quite a few pics in an older thread...

VFN says theirs will fit a steel body car I would just have to shorten it...

I just finished making my factory bumper and fenders a one piece. There was a lot of custom fabrication involved to get it perfect and rock solid strong. If I had the money I would have gone vfn because its a lot lighter and doesn't require nearly as much of a skeleton to keep it rigid. But on the other hand nothing looks as good as factory bumpers.

here is a idea of whats involved:

Ls1 did you take any pictures of what you did? Curious, we're starting on doing mine soon, I'm not really interested in making it removable, so most of the skeleton is going to be permanent, but the front factory 1/4's and bumper cover are getting reinstalled onto it.
Front bumper skepeton may be removable for engine/trans removal out the front as one piece... hopefully that won't be needed often (whole reason for going to the bbc)

Now that I have it I will never own another race car that doesn't have a removable front end. It makes 100% easier to work on the engine. If you can afford to have it done its well worth it. I might start a build thread when I get some time. Ive taken pics of just about the whole re-build from last year.

we did a factory fenders and carbon nose setup a while back here: http://www.midwestchassis.com/damons-trans-am-build.html

we have done another one since, but with all factory fenders and bumper cover. Pictures of that full build will be released in a month or so.
