Carbureted LSX forum - Lq4 carb wiring

Locally there is a yard that sells lq4 for 900. I'm lookin to do a carb setup and these motors do not come with wiring harness or ecu. If I am doing a carb combo with Msd 6010 box I do not need the harness or ecu correct? I'm a tad confused on the wiring and have searched and can't seem to find the answer. I know it's a noob question.

The MSD ignition is all you need. It will come with a harness. Just need coils, crank and can sensors. Then of course plugs and wires of your choice.
