How much would you buy this car for? 1998 Z28 6 speed with 70k original miles. Cloth interior. Hard top. SS clone. Some kind of aftermarket headers and exhaust and lowered some. Amazing condition appearance wise and runs perfect

If the title is clean and the Carfax checks out, then you should be in the $7,000 area for a modded 1998 Z28. A lot depends on the owner(s) too. If a one owner who babied the car I would pay higher. If owned by many people, including a newbie driver that couldn't shift, a lot lower. Many factors to consider, especially maintenance.
