Wondering if any of you run an 11" width wheel on your narrowed rearends. I have 2.5" off each side and have been running 9.75" Bogarts but interested in bumping up to an 11". Any of you guys done this?

An 11" rim will stick out a touch unless you have a really narrow tire on it. Thats not a crazy amount of narrowing, so most wheel options will be able to work. For instance, my rear is narrowed 4" per side, and my 15x10" rims have a 3.375" backspace, not many options off the shelf, but it's a lighter, stronger rear....

275/60/15 here on a 15x10" wheel 4.5" BS 3" narrowed on each side.
I have also had most of the rear inner fender removed, BFH modifications and the rear of my wheel openings have been very carefully trimmed and opened up more.
I can easily fit a 29.5x10.50W in there with a 12" rim.
Matter of fact my current 15x10" HoleShot Revolvers are a 3 piece modular wheel and I have the wider inner hoop that I can swap out for the ones that are on there now and make them 12" if I wanted to.

15x11 Alumastar with a 3" backspace. The rearend is narrowed 5" per side so I had to do a lot of cutting on the wheelwell but it fits so far. However, that's with a 275 and I would have an issue running anything bigger. The tires were mocked up in the car first then we took a measurement based off of where they sat. Also, the control arms had to be relocated because the factory width would have ended up sitting on the housing end.

I cut the bumpstops out and ran a 5.375" backspacing on the 15x9.75 wheel. With the 28/10.5/15 MT slick I have to use a 5/16 wheel spacer to gather more clearance on the inside front and top. The tire to rolled fender clearance was 1.50"+ wide with the spacer on, excessive. I'm wanting to buy another set of wheels but bump up to a 15x11 and want to identify the proper offset to avoid using the spacer to gain clearance. These wheels will have only MT 275/60/15 drag radials.

Also I will say I have the madman offset lca's.
