I'm guessing traction. It seemed like the Viper did better when they started from a higher speed. Either that or the Viper started brake boosting.

Not surprised about the outcome... Gtr having 140whp more then the viper. Even short that much power with the gtr sissy paddle shifting the viper walked 70+mph.. I would rather have the viper then the gtr... Viper banged gear's..

GT-R's are too played out, and I personally don't care for the looks. Things the size of a school bus. Give me a viper anyday over one. Good runs, viper looks like a beast.

I also find the gtr unapealing visually. My neibor had one and for a week I thought it was just another car parked in front of someones house. Not until I saw the gtr symbol did I realize it was a 85k 11 second car I was passing daily on my way home.

Its not ugly. Just dosent have the visual lure of z06s vipers porshe tt ect.

They can be plenty fast though. Id guess that a 09 gtr with just intake and downpipe could beat 60% of the cars on this forum. To many people that makes up for the looks.
