Default reluctor spining on crank?

I am having problems with my motor it has a inconsistent firing order. Could it be from the reluctor not being on all the way or it spining?

Ryne, got any pix of the tack welds? I'd be interested in seeing how/where this is done. For future reference and all...

TIA!
