This is the local "Street Racing " scene here at it's finest.
Alcohol was involved, driver was drunk and this was the result. His friends all hail him as a hero and his reward for this was his nick name written in sidewalk chalk making a reserved parking spot for him at the Luby's they all meet up at before they go out and take over Little Rock with their 300hp cars.

Hot Springs. Moved to MN 7 years ago. Been around the "street scene" there a bit up in Benton before I moved. I still hit up Centerville when I come back. I just trailer the car down there.

LOL.. Yeah, I tell a couple guys down there about the great scene thats up here in Minnesota or used to be, I guess. They're pretty jealous because you don't see the quality there like other places around. There are some nice cars down there but 90% are just 20 year olds with CAI and exhaust and think it's a race car. You tell them you have nitrous and they think your car is the absolute shit. Don't get me wrong, it's fun to cruise there and hang out but the quality isn't there.

LOL....Trust me, i had my issues before with that and learned my lesson the hard way when I thought I'd never get caught. Eventually, you will. I don't fuck around with that anymore. Not worth it.

Honestly, I had a shitload of fun just cruising around there 10-12 years ago when I was out of high school. Last time I cruised there was 8 years ago just before I left Arkansas for Minnesota. The strip out there was getting pretty big. I had my 97 Dakota all pimped out. Brush guard, tool box, low profile rims and tires, lights in bumper, chrome everywhere, with the 2wd 6 banger and dual exhaust sounding like a loud weed whacker out of hell. I would drive from Hot Springs after doing the laps there to Benton and hit the strip doing the laps from the turn around lot near downtown to the Sonic and back over and over again. I look back at it. Yeah, it was stupid and yeah I thought my truck was the shit. But I had a shitload of fun hanging out with my friends and met a lot of cool people while doing it. Now i'm older and don't get to do that anymore with work going on and our cruising strip now turned into a light rail up here. Wouldn't mind bringing the Camaro down there and doing it again for old times sake. Not sure how friendly the police there are anymore. Car was stock when I left and now it's loud as fuck and a cop magnet.
