Default tons of problems with hptuners and first startup. help!

Well, the old setup was n/a 347 and 32# inj, new motor is a boosted 5.3 and 103# injectors.

2001 car
stock ecu
no maf
3 bar map

PROBLEMS IM HAVING:
first: i entered all of the injector values from FIC, but when i would put them in, they would change slightly, example, id type in 1.1234 and itd change it to 1.1241 automatically. not sure if this is whats causing my problems. and not sure why it did it.

second: i had to rewrite and all that jazz for the 3bar map/speed density. but when i open the "hp os" tab, it says its using 3bar sd but says "not licensed". under my other tune, it says "applied" this didnt appear righ to me i did not do the injector values to this tune.

third : i attempt to start the car, the map flatlines the entire time at 10kpa. if i plug the stock map in, it reads al over(working) car fires when i crank it but rpms go straight down and nothin.

THINGS IVE TRIED:
i went thru the tutorials and did all the things they said to do when setting up a 3bar map.
i changed the PE table to 1.170
i changed the boost enrichment table to 1.250
maf fault is at 0 hz
copy and pasted the VE tables from the old tune to the new one and interpolated the rest of the values.
but all these changes were to the new tune which says "not liscenced"
so maybe all the changes are useless bc the tune that is in it is unchanged?

whats the easy process to plug in, and load the tune?

Sounds like you need to do a write entire on it. Not just a flash.

What does your licence for the car say? -Stupid question. It's under Help > Licence info. Should show 3 separate 2 credit licences for a 3 bar.
(It's a PITA. I know.)

I went thru that before when I went to SD "Custom operating system" and it cost me another 2 credits. 4 total now. Boosted 3 bar would probably be 6 credits in total to tune the car and be able to write to it.

Well I had a guy send me a completly stock tune, changed the injector data and set the Maf to fail at 0, and I'm gonna try that this evening.

Another question. I have 103# injectors and the flow vs. Kpa tables that FIC sent me are in the 114-124 range. Is it supposed to be lower??

As far as the Map flat-lining check that there isn't a different PID for a 3Bar. Just a thought.

Did you adjust the displacement value? I don't have HPT on this PC to check.
