Deleted the post myself. I'm over it now. I just had to vent. I just hate when people don't call their customers or potential customers back.

I may have to. I just think when I'm dropping $650 that I at least deserve a call back.

You've done nothing wrong Cvp33. Take your business elsewhere.

Hey man . . . try shooting an e-mail . . .I know the phone is always better but I delt with the owner Mike O thru the mail on a LT set up with cats for my Y2K SS. I was back and forth between those and the QTP's and had a lot of questions. He always got back fairly quick. You may want to research the warranty issue also . . .they can tell you did something with the PCM even if you took a PCM out of your V and used another (that service kid that wrecked the V) they can tell about the battery disconnect . . .just my two cents . . . MP is a good company maybe you jus got the wrong guy

P.S.
The LT's they have were made by Kooks I found out latter . . . .

We just wanted to let everyone know that his phone call was returned on Saturday and we left him a voicemail. The particular Customer Serivce/Sales Manager he was dealing with had been very ill all week and was nice enough to come in all week even thought against medical advice. All phone calls were returned on Saturday as this customer service rep made a special trip in to return all calls before the end of the week. We think this Cold Air Kit will prove to be one of the better power adders for the money. Chris CPV33 was taken care of and the situation explained to him. We do strive in providing the upmost customer service out there but when an employee is ill, there health is first and foremost. We appologize if this cause any inconvience to anyone and assure the customer's get all call returned in a timely fashion.

No problems here. This was my reply to Amber's post on the Caddy Forum.
Amber, my phone was on this morning (Saturday) from 8am until 11am. I got your message you left at 12:48pm, no other missed calls on my caller ID however. Heard your message regarding dyno tune and CAI but believe at this point it is better to pass. Sorry to hear you went home early and sick.
I did call back the same day (Friday) after not hearing from you as promised by noon. When I called at 4:45pm they said you were on the phone with another customer and gave no indication that you were going home sick or that you would not be returning customer's phone calls as promised. I Hope you feel better.
Take care,
Chris
