Generation IV Internal Engine - Will the LS9 cam work with an Iron 5.3L?

Thinking of dropping the ball on the ls9 cam for a budget turbo build. will it work. seems like i heard its a 3 bolt. not sure really. too lazy to search right now.

Don't see why not. Denmah on here did it with a 4.8L

Not sure where the cam sensor pickup is on that block but the LS9 cam only has the provision for a cam sensor on the timing cover, not the top back of the block. Also not sure if it's a 3 bolt or 1 bolt.

we bought an ls6 which is basically the same cam, with a lower lsa IMO
