Default Anyone have a clip of a cammed V with headers, no cats, 3" B&B??

Looking for a clip. I've hunted YouTube and can't find a cammed V with 3" B&B and catless with headers. Hoping one of you guys are running this setup so I can hear it. I posted on my magnaflow or corsa thread with an update and I'm considering ditching both the magnaflow and corsa for a 3" B&B system.

How's drone with the B&B?

Lol! I saw that clip but I thought it was a catted setup. I gotta admit... Not very impressed judging off that clip. Not only is it rather quiet to me, it doesnt have a very impressive tone to it either. Maybe its a bad clip but the magnaflow sounds a lot better than that does IMO. Only attractive thing about it is that it's 3" and has 4.25" tips. That's a shame cause I've run B&B on an old vette I had in the past and loved it. That sounds nothing like it though.

Would 3" kill torque over the 2.5?

Lol! That's been discussed here multiple times. I went through that debate when I was ordering kooks for my old car. Some said 1-3/4 were better and some said 1-7/8 were better. No one had any hard dyno numbers to back up their argument.

I would personally rather have 1-3/4 only for clearance reasons but which is better of the two... Who knows? Lol

Back in the day. Not B&B, Corsa instead.

1. B&B
2. Magnaflow
3. Tie between Corsa and Borla because they both sound like **** to me. I hate how raspy they are.

I'll have a clip after I install all my go fast goodies. Should be done in a few weeks.

Yes! Clip please!

I'll agree on the borla sounding like ****. It's rather quiet and boring. Not worth the money. The corsa though sounds good IMO. I would have tied it with the magnaflow at number two. It has a nice sound... Just not quite as deep.

I have cats and it sounds loud enough for for me. I can grab a clip later if it isn't raining.

Not what you're looking for, but this is the best-sounding V1 I've ever heard. TR224 cam, kooks headers, cat delete, magnaflow catback with flowmaster mufflers.

I have a built 402, kooks 1 7/8, no cats, and full B&B 3" all the way back and i have to agree it is too quiet. It does however have a nice deep tone just too tame. The B&B mufflers are big and heavy, I always wondered how restrictive they are.

Bud... Yeah, I've always known flowmasters to be restricting.

Need mo powa... Do u have any clips by chance? It does have a nice deep tone to it. I've always been a B&B fan but their larger cases mufflers they offer for the V are quiet. Wish they offered the B&B bullets for our cars. I wouldn't think they'd be restrictive though. Prob a straight through design like magnaflow. My corsa mufflers are heavy. Way heavier than I thought they would be.

As good as those sound... I'm not so sure I could swallow the words... "yeah, my caddy has flowmasters on it..." when someone would ask. Lol
