Stereo & Electronics - Door and rear speakers

I have already changed the sail panels to bazookas due to the fact that I blew them. I am installing 2 12"s with a 1800W amp in a week or 2 and wondering weather to replace my rears and door speakers. I have heard I won't notice a difference with the rear ones. Just need some opinions.

The rear speakers are just for filler. I would replace the door speakers and the tweeters if you have the money.

Any good tweeters you recommend? I can get some descent door speakers..unsure with them though.
