depends on the reaction times. if they both had similar reactions, the ta should have been ahead by a car length. sounds like he was not ahead so the vette tree'd him.

I like taking down high end cars, especially GTR's. But at the end of the day he's driving a ZR1 and your driving an old T/A. It still feels good though.

lol! I don't think that applies to all of us vette guys. I only have a bolt on C5, so I can't possibly be a prick

I can strap a rocket to a go-kart and beat a dragster, what do i have a the end of the day?

We should be marveling at the mid 11 second car that doesn't cost much to build/own, gets 20+mpg on the hwy and has AC. not that it "almost beat" a supercar. Zr1 owner being pissed is just the icing lol
Good run nonetheless.

He was .2 quicker so idk if you can say "almost beat him"
Anyways, your car runs good!

I trust the OP had a better reaction time to get a close race at the top end... otherwise this is just a bunch of useless numbers.

My setup is stage3 H/C, done from Livernois in michigan BMR LCA addjustable arm 92intake 92 th body thats it.They will have your car for 3 months but it is worth the wait. 42lbs and 255 warbo fuel pump.and i spray once in awile with a dry 150shot.best time 11.08@128MPH 60 foot times without spray is 1.60 and with spray 1.70.My goal is to get 10 second slip.

I suspect he was happy to beat you and disappointed that he fell short of his car's potential. Good run though!
