I know this is a ls1 forum but thought I would post some pics of my old school 81 SE Butler 455 see what you guys think. thought the 67 - 2002 would have some second gen love.

Love it- butler boys do some really good work. Which alum heads did they use?

Very cool. I, too, have a Butler 467 shortblock. What are the specs on yours?

I see KRE heads (round or oval port?) and a Hurricane intake?

Yea they are real good, Its got the Kauffman D ports

It is a 467, KRE heads, they are the oval, Had the boys at Kauffman port match the Hurricane. Engine has the Eagle crank 4.250, Eagle 6800 H beam Rods,Ross pistons, Pontiac Extreme Energy camshaft XE274H 274/286, 230/236, 488/491, 110 Hyd, Butler rebored the block .30 over Square the deck block,align honed the mains Balance and blueprint. As you know these motors are monsters!
