ive had a 9 inch sitting around for a while and ive decided i want to put it in my trans am to give it some help at the strip.
does anyone know of a write up out there for building a junkyard 9 inch for a fbody? i know i will need axles and a driveshaft to mate the t56 and i will probably use the stock mounts.
i need as much help with this as i can get if someone has a write up or has done it before because the research ive done has went no where.
i need to know what axles to get and what all is needed to do to put this rear in my trans am.
--the 9 inch rear i have is supposedly out of an older mustang? (i dont know if thats true) it has axles, gears, third member, case and mounting brackets all in place
