Default qtp electronic cutout

Where would be a good place to weld in a qtp electronic exhaust cut out? Its a 94 Firebird, shorty headers but stock the rest of the way back. The car is also lowered 1"

Right off the I pipe before the axle is the most common spot.

^^^Yeah, if you if look right under the rear passenger's side you'll see a spot up in there where it tucks in nicely, almost like GM knew we were going to need it for a cutout. Then you can run the wire right there through the rubber drain plug in the floor and up through the console.

If you click on my link I have a couple video with cutout open vs closed on a single pipe. I don't scrape mine.
