Default 24x guys gotta question about MAF

Did you guys stick with your LT1 maf or switched to the LS? I'm using a 94' harness and doing the repin myself. also does the DIY kit from efiC come with the conectors(red/blue) that go into the pcm? I did't get the plugs with the pcm I got. I dout anybody just cut up there wireing harness and just have the pcm ends forsale.

You can use the factory MAF, I am running a card style LS7 style MAF.

The two MAF's calibrations are so close you don't need to change MAFs.

Yes that is correct lt and ls mafs are very similar and can be interchanged. The diy harness kit comes with the pcm connectors.

The GM# for the LT1 and LS1 MAF is 19207203. They are the same sensor.

However, the popular 5 wire MAF (late LS1 Corvette and all trucks) is GM# 15904068.

The originals weren't the same number, but I could never see any difference in calibrations.

You can call between 9AM-4PM EST and leave a message for a prompt reply. Someone is usually in the shop. (Not enough work gets done when the phone is answered all day.)

Most questions asked by phone can be handled through email. Email is handled promptly as well.
