Fueling & Injection - in tank regulator,am i suppose to adjust it ?

so i just got a new in-tank regulator but now my fuel pressure is lower then before ?

i noticed tho that the little screw on the end is not screwed in as far as the original, do i need to adjust this and if so where to a get a torque bit with a little hole in the middle ?:huh:

That is called a tamper proof Torx. You can buy them at most good parts stores.

As for the regulator, the regulator is factory adjusted as an assembly. Once you mix & match parts from 2 different regulators (eg. putting the diaphragm from one into the housing of other) it may need readjusted.
