Default How to replace headlight motor connectors?

I have a 1998 Firebird with corroded connectors to the headlight door motors. How do you replace the connectors? Specifically, how do you remove the wires from the connectors to install new connectors? Thanks.

Most people would just cut the wires and splice in the new connector. If you wanted to, you could buy a pin kit, to remove the pins from the connector and transfer the pins to the new connector... but if its all corroded, the pins will probably be nasty. So best bet is using the new connector that will have new pins in it.

Make sense?

I probably have a OEM GM connector (both sides) if you need. PM me. I dunno how easy they are to get from the dealer.
