I have an SLP MAF and my car bogs down when its cold and opens up into the power range all jumpy as I climb the rpms slowly. My car keeps tripping the code that the Maf is dirty/faulty, but I cleaned everything and called SLP, and they said the MAF was fine and that I was doing something wrong. Code keeps coming back. Its been 3 weeks. Suggestions?

Try the original GM unit and see if it goes away.
I wasn't a big fan of my SLP MAF, I ended up returning to my stock unit for a while before going with a SD tune.

What's an SD tune?

Sd is speed density tune where you don't use a maf sensor

What he said ^^^
Was there a problem with your original one or did you switch to the SLP for the 85mm size ?

Have you tried running it with the mafs unplugged?
If it runs a lot better with it unplugged, then leave it unplugged until you get a new AcDelco or Delphi 85mm mafs.

Check all wiring connections, make sure the MAF is pointing in the right direction.

All the plugs and prongs are correct and it's facing the right way

I'd send it back, and get a refund.
