Cadillac CTS-V - Trade exhaust?

I just bought a V1 and it has flowmaster super 40 delta flows on it. I do love the sound, but it's pretty darn loud, and I live in a small town where the cops like to follow you, pull you over and hop out like they're John Wayne, or whyatt erp at the OK corral for anything and everything. So I was considering going for something a little quieter.
Not sure how, or if this would work but if anyone wanted to do a trade, I'd be into it. Not looking for stock, but maybe magnaflows? Corsa? Just let me know if you think we can make this happen. I figured this may be worth a shot!

If u have flows, it's just mufflers... Not a complete catback so trading would be difficult unless u find someone local and y'all can meet at the muffler shop. You'd prob be better off buying some universal magnaflow mufflers new or used, welding them in and then selling ur flows for some money back.

Ahh, thanks for the lesson. I had no idea. Good call. Any suggestions as to where to check for some used? Since its just exhaust, I'd like to keep it cheap, or I'll just try to keep the rpm's down around the local bored traffic cops. Lol

Magnaflows are probably the quietest aftermarket mufflers offered for these cars. Also, clutching-in anytime you're passing a cop helps too.

Haha! That might work too but i'd check craigslist man. People are posting used mufflers and car parts on there constantly. Sure u could pick up a pair of the universal magnaflows cheap off there. Just make sure they are 2.5" and center/offset for in inlet and outlet on the mufflers and it'll work.

You can get brand new magnaflows on amazon for like 80 shipped, they are stainless too.
