Default Supercharger..

Hey don't know a whole lot about superchargers, maybe I can get some feed back here;

1) I have my ls1 stroked to a 383, forged internals, H/C/I, how much boost could the engine take?

2) Right now my compression ratio is about 11.3 to 1, 64cc heads, pistons are -3(I think), so whats the best way to get the compression down, and what compression ratio should I shoot for?

3) looking for 600-700whp, if the block can take it, what supercharger should I use?

thanks

Find your self some 317 heads, or go with an aftermarket head with a 72cc combustion chamber to drop the compression I would try to get it down to 9.5-1. D1 procharger and upgrade the fuel system. What are the specs of your cam ?

X2. That's exactly what I would do. Go with a set of 317 heads, LS9 Headgaskets, ARP head studs, a new or used D1 kit with an Aster bracket, Basic fuel system. I think that cam will work just fine as well.

Bigger injectors. More pump, or a BAP.

60# injectors, and I would just do a dual intank pump setup with a hobbs switch and be done with it.

I tried a single pump with a hot wire kit... Fail- 25psi @ 5,200 rpm's.
Kenne bell Boost-A-pump on a single pump... Fail- 40psi @5,400 rpm's.
Lonnies double pumper... 60psi @ 7,000 rpm's

yeah I am referring all the guys to you for the parts needed to complete the kit. the only thing on cost i was not sure of was the intercooler and charge piping itself.

to the OP you def will not make it on those injectors. sell em and get some 60's or 80's

Go with a set of 60lb injectors and twin walbro GS-340's. I run mine on the whole time and I'm actually still on the stock supply line and use the vent line as my return....a bandaid for sure but it got me to 830rwhp lol.
