Paint & Body Work - Looking for a write-up for prepping and painting.

Looking for a "how-to" for tools, prepping, and painting a car. Pretty much a painting a car for dummies thing. I couldn't find a write-up, unless I missed it over and over again.
Looking to paint my Camaro my self but using my Saturn as the guinea pig.

There's also some very useful videos on youtube. Type in diyautoschool and look for that user name. He has a ton of videos on everything from cutting/polishing to painting to sanding, etc, etc. Check it out.
