Fueling & Injection - C5 Filter/reg limitations

Anyone have any experience where the C5 Filter/Reg combo would not support your fueling requirements? Came across a post I found via Google on other board where they said it couldn't support a 550/600 HP motor. If I need to make a change, now is the time to do it.

Don't have a return line run, but I guess I could put together a new filter and separate regulator back at the tank?
