I'm having trouble getting a recent engine swap to run. The motor starts and fires up one out of five starts or so, but then dies 5 seconds later. I dont think its the vats btw, but will double check that too.
I was checking the reference voltage at the crank sensor plug b/c i was swapping out the sensor. From pin A to C i got 10.6 volts. From pin A to B i got 11 volts. This doesnt seem right to me but I'm not sure. I pulled the blue plug off of the ecm to try and check the voltage there, but I didnt get anything on the vom. Does the ecm stop working when one of the plug's are removed?
