Quick Question about car not turning over. I am digging the car out of storage and did not disconnect the battery before storing. We have placed a charger on the battery on the car and the lighs work, but the car still won't kick over. What should I be looking for to determine if I need a new battery? The car has been storage for 5 months.

More than likely your battery is on it's last leg.
