Default Primered LS1 Camaro?

Anyone seen or have any pictures of a fully primered Late Gen Camaro? I'm trying to decide if I want to primer it and leave it like that or what not...I'd rather save $2000.00 and put it towards a new braking system...

I think our cars are to new to ride around primer and look nice. When it comes to old classics they can get away with it for a while. I like the primer look but not on a Late Gen Camaro. Sorry to hear about your car glad to hear you are ok.

no offense but that would look horrible (read: redneck)... ZR2877 is right primer has its place and not on a 5 yr old Camaro....

Might look cool if you dress it out with red accents...

Rogue Leader I was going to use the term Redneck also but I didn't want the thread to go off topic going on about the term Redneck so I didn't say it. You are right though.

I don't mind the 'primer grey' color - but I agree it would need some accents and you would need to clear-coat it to look good on a modern car. The primer and leave it matte thing looks very low class on a new car, IMHO.

I think if you primered it sattin black it wouldn't be to bad. Flat black is making a huge come back on the hot rod scene. I think tha it might actually look kind of cool.

The only reason is that my car is down right now ... (crashed it) long story...anyways, I wanted to bring it back as if it was dead...replace all my emblems with just a shadow of what they were...and that's it...it was quick...I mean, she's still quick, she's just hurt but I get her back in a week and a half..

Too bad the whole thing isn't metal. Then you could just strip it down and clear coat the metal, to make it look like a Delorean or something.

After I get my mullet haircut I'm gonna go pick
up a couple of cans of Rustoleum at Wal-Mart.
