Carbureted LSX forum - Carb Sizing on 408 LSx

I have an opportunity to trade my 1050 Dominator for a new Quickfuel 950. 1050 is on an adapter. I am running a L92 Vic Jr intake.

Would I be giving up anything by moving away from the dominator? I have heard I can pick up responsiveness with a 4150 base plate carb.

Will gain some low end torque. I would do it, weather a full drag car or street.
