Default replaced most fuel system still low psi

so like the title says ive replaced most of my fuel system and im getting 20 psi at the rail

ive replaced fuel filter, fuel pump [ractronix] in tank regulator [coulndnt get the little black part of the housing of the fuel pump Assembly so i just switched the regulator side] before changing this however my fuel psi was at 40 psi
ive spray compress air threw the lines

i know 1 injector has a slight leak on the o-ring of the fuel rail side but it was holding 40 psi with the old injector so i don't believe this to be the cause

any ideas ?

If you've got a leak it's not going to hold pressure.

where do you think this leak is, i know for a fact that the leaking o ring is not the cause of this low pressure, but how ever left over night the rail pressure will drop down because of it

I had a bad racetronix pump out of the box years ago. Bad experience for me there, but keep in mind that it's possible.

Couple things to double check in order of likelihood:
Make sure your lines in the tank aren't leaking.
Fix your fuel injector leak. It's causing a slight leak, but it'd make a huge mess if it's dropping that much psi.
You may have a bad pump.

It could also be a leak in the small line that comes off the pump in that tank

I had a parts store special fuel pump with a rubber hose to go from the pump to the outlet lines. IT split and my pressure was hanging at 22 psi running . I pulled the pump turned the key on and watched it spray from the hose . Ive also seen a regulator go bad and hold 20-30 psi before.
