But i think now its a street setup previous was setup for track

Also it used to be a forged LS3 now its a stock short block LQ9.

I don't know thats what i noticed stangkilr may clear it up and shed more light.

Well I can say its faster with the turbo...every single bike I have raced since turbo has been with a rider who knows what they are doing. Now on 10 lbs of boost its about the same as the nitrous setup.

It did seem like on the spray you covered more ground man... I wanna see some track vids of the turbo setup... It is a different kind of power though...

I have raced a couple people on 10lbs and the race turned out the same as they did on the 250 shot. My car ran its ass off on spray but I do not have to change plugs, fill bottles and worry about metling a piston every time I use the turbo lol.

good stuff as always!!! plus guys this is a stock bottom end iron block 6.0 not built LS3. Seem to me he is just racing faster people. turbo is the way to go. Also what gears r you running justin?

He beated that truck when it was 5.3 stock long block and a mp76.

Now this truck is running a forged 370 and a x275 pt88 turbo a2w IC :D

So was that honda faster or were u lifting?

I think everyone just got use to you putting a runway on every car you ran on the spray lol, red dragon has really came a long way, that truck has inspired me to build one,is there a build thread on that truck? Op you have done good with your ride,your just running against the real big boys now,nice vid and i look forward to more

Yeah the red truck is 1300rwhp on 24lbs lol. Boost for boost we are about an even match up. I just cant turn my car up that high on my motor thats in the car right now. On 15-16lbs I should be at 900+rwhp going by being out pump (Magnafuel 750). The car hauls ass on 10 lbs, in the video with the truck it looks like we are going slow but those were 40-145mph races. I run out of gear at around 140mph right now. New gears are on order for me. I am going to dyno the car as soon as the 105 degree days are over. Once I see where its at I will add another pump and more boost but I will not go more that 1000rwhp on this shortblock....its STOCK!

Car screams man. When you race equally fast cars, it makes it seem like a slow race when you re-watch it. need a 500-600hp chase car to show how hard you guys are actually moving out.

Replaced it with an forged ls3 and now with stock lq9

And the ls3 is stored in the garage haha

Looks like I'm reading a lot of his build posts.That is correct. The LS3 was tired...70+ 15lbs bottles of nitrous on a 250 shot. It went to a friend that is building a 427 N/A motor out of it.

He asked what i thought the bike ran and i said mid to low 9s probly a 940=950 bike i am pretty confident it will do that!

At least your not fillin bottles. Ur on the right track forsure. Besides the detail of your car is at 100% IMO.

Nice Camaro man! Have a few friends with turbo camaro's and t/a's. It takes us forever to dial them in. It took us a year on our buddies black camaro to run high 8's when the set up was good for low 8's. Me personally with a LS car, i'll stick to a nitrous set up! Not much to dial the car in on a 150/200shot. <beginner shots> hehe
