Paint & Body Work - Geusstimate on fixing my paint?

I have a couple chips in the paint on the hood. I also have some ugly scratches on the rear fender by the driver's door. The usual bubbling paint on the roof panel. I would like to get the paint fixed but have no idea the cost. Nor do I know of a good shop to take it to. I understand it is hard to estimate the cost without looking at the car, but a ballpark figure is all I am looking for. I am in Virginia Beach, Virginia - know of any good shops?

You need to replace the roof panel to fix the problem. Maybe repost this in the regional forum to find a good bodyshop.
