Cadillac CTS-V - Searching for a V1, need more info on this car!

Hey guys! I was looking into adding a garage buddy for my 2005 S2000 and stumbled onto this one while I was on my search.

I've contacted the dealer for a full modification list, but you know how they are. I've yet to receive a response so I figured I'd drop by and ask yall since you know best!

From what I can see:
FAST Intake Manifold
Volant Intake
Some type of catback (needs adjusting)
Wheels/tires

With that manifold installed, what is the likelihood that the car is cammed and tuned? A set of headers maybe? What kind of power is thing putting down? What should I be wary of?

They kinda look like ccws, and my money says cammed, exhaust as well.

The ebay listing says its cammed. With those mods it would have to be tuned or it would run like a 3 million mile dump truck.

Wheels are ccw 505a's and it is cammed with full exhaust, fast intake and tune.
