CNC machined 243 heads ($650) on a stock 4.8L... (compression?)

CNC machined 243 heads ($650) on a stock 4.8L... (compression?)
I just found a CNC set of 243 heads for $650. (rocker stud was broke off and was welded back. By a well known professional speed shop).
I am debating on getting them or not but I was wondering does anyone know what that would change the compression ratio on my 4.8L to? Its all stock now so it should be 9.1:1. I plan on putting a 76mm turbo on it, but I dont know if my compression ratio will be still perfect for a turbo...
I will also be putting the 7 layer LS9 head gaskets on it, so it will change also just from that...
Any help is appreciated...

What heads are on your 4.8 currently? A friend of mine just bought a new 2012 Chevy crew cab truck, that has a 4.8 with 243 heads.
