Default Trying to get cruise control functional on LT1 swap

Can anyone help me get my cruise control operational for my T56 swap? I still can't get it to activate, and I don't know why it's not working. Here's my wiring diagram I used to adapt the LT1 system to my XJ6:

Here is the stock LT1 wiring diagram I used to adapt the XJ6 system:

I don't see any reason why the system shouldn't work. Can anyone help me out?

One note about the VSS feed:
I have verified that I have VSS signal going to the cruise module. I measured the voltage at pin B8 on the PCM, and on Terminal K of the cruise module. I had a verified 11v key on/12.4v engine running. According to the documentation I should be at 6.5 key on/7.5 engine running. I'm a couple volts higher and perhaps this has something to do with the cruise not working. I do have correct MPH displayed, so I'm getting a valid signal.

Any input would be much obliged!
