Fueling & Injection - turbo camaro bogs out after driving it all day help needed

Car has 42 # inj and a 255 walbro , car starts right back up after it bogs out ..
My tuners said its the pump not getting enough power so its knocking off the idler relay .
The car run and idels good unless I drive it for a long time .. I also checked the fuel pressure and it dips from 58 psi to 45 at wot .my tuner also said to get the hotwire . what do u guys think ????

Also is it ok if I still drive the car normally well I mean not over 3000 rpms ?lol ...thanks

Dam no advice ? I should probably Jus pull the tank out my self I never done it before ..is it pretty strait forward ?

It could also be heating up the fuel at the rails and boiling it with all the extra under the hood heat. But really sounds more like a power issue. The previous steps you mentions should help alot.
