I ordered a racetronix fuel pump, they sent me the wrong one,i sent it back,they called me and said they cant take it back cause its missing a hose clamp and box has a rip,they say I got to pay for them to send it back,after all the money that me and my friends have spent with them over the years,thousands and thousands of dollars this is the treatment I get,and over the years I never returned not one thing,what they dont realize is there not the only performance shop out there,i will take my business elsewhere!

Was the box damaged when you received it? Did you notify them of that when you called and said it was the wrong item? Also, this isn't the vendor feedback forum.

If it helps the situation, we can post pictures of what you sent back. Most all the "hardware" to install the pump is missing, and the parts you did send back are damaged and/or have been in contact with fuel (can't tell if pump was run, but I can tell the bottom of the pump was in fuel.) The box is destroyed, not that that is important to us, we can repackage items IN NEW CONDITION and sell to someone else. Anybody on this forum would be pissed if we sent this to them as "new".

Also, I am looking at the online order you placed as well as the pump you sent back. You received exactly what you ordered. Now you did order the universal "FPK-835" kit....maybe you were expecting something less universal and more application specific??

No just wont deal with you guys any more cause you know dam well that pump aint been in no fuel,box was ripped on the end and missing hose clamps I could have sent you clamps,but me art,mark,tom,john,todd,or scott wont be buying nothing else,money aint an object here buddy,we will pay more elsewhere,and now the engine kit we bought the box hasnt been opened we are returning it,have a nice day

I hate to hear that, but if you step back and look at the situation and ask yourself if you would have been happy if you would received this item in the condition you sent it back to us in. The answer is NO. You would called and demanded we send a replacement. Any other customer would do the same, which is why we cannot refund this one.

I will send the pump back today. When you receive it, please take the cap off the bottom inlet, and smell it (strong odor of fuel). Yet the top outlet does not smell like fuel at all....why would that be???

You'll be able to sell this pump and recoup some money for it...in the condition it is in, I'd estimate you could get $90 or so for it. Best of luck in the future.

The facts I get
wrong pump was ordered
pump sent back with missing parts and signs of install attempt
customer mad because supplier won't refund
supplier can not resale the pump from condition it came back

First off, this is a public forum. Youre badmouthing a good company that I have done business with and had a great experience with. So therefor, everybody that supports Texas Speed it is our business to counterdict what you are saying bad about them.

This one is done. As a vendor you are never going to please everyone. Obviously the OP is one of them. Now that the OP has decided to threaten people and become an Internet Rambo I am locking the thread.

To the OP you claim its done so DO NOT bash in any Texas Speed threads or you will be done too.
