General Maintenance & Repairs - Another headlight motor problem

About 4 months ago i replaced the plastic gears in the motors with brass gears. They were working fine until lastnight when i was coming home i turned on the lights and only the drivers side came up. So today i took apart the passengers side area and put it back together and it still wont go up. The arm moves a little but doesnt do the full motion. Everything is where it should and it is identical to the drivers side. At this point im thinking the whole motor is messed up. Any ideas?

The motor is probably shot. Id transfer the gear into the new one.
