Cadillac CTS-V - new member, Modded V inside

hi there, came from cadillac formus, been a member here for awile, figured id thow a first post up.
i have a Thunder Gray 07 cts V, with 15 thousand miles on it.
mods are
dss 1000rwhp race axles
pinsoft short shifter
v2 swade shifter
prc 2.5 62 cc heads, 233/239 cam, all supporting mods
kooks 1/78 long tubes with catted connections, corsa cat back
fast 102 intake
thats about it, lots on great info on this site!!

next moods on the list are 2 piece rotors, ls7 clutch, clear fogs, and some sort of drop for suspension

just installed some clear fogs and corners!
what color bulbs can i run with the clear fogs to get rid of the amber look.
i dont like the amber bulbs that much

yea took me over a year of owning the car to fianlly order them up, but i love em, definatley makes the thunder grey pop a bit more

Damn that is a clean car op! i think you can put clear bulbs in the turn signals and be fine. As far as i know, it just can't be blue or red lights facing foward. That would be considered impersonating an officer.. Not 100% on that though.

Yea, I've only had my V for a few months, but I keep seeing these awesome deals pop up on these 2009 V2s...If I found one in Opulent Blue Metallic for a good price...it's game on!

yea iam in the same boat, with the coin i have into my v now, i could be in a 2010 v.
but iam keepin it, if i decide to get into a newer v i will just have 2 v's in the garage.

i've got a thunder grey as well. I've been thinking about doing the wheels black and was looking for pics. your car looks great! I've also thought about doin the front grills black since they are the only chrome on the car. i think that would go with the black rims. Do that so I can see how it looks before I do it haha:D

this is a burnout with the dss race axles
it was a 4k clutch dump in first gear, the dragged it out and powershifted into second.
i had to let of because it was only a 50km zone and a really tight road.
id say 80-95 percent gone, since i put the michelin super sport tires i have no wheel hop at all.

lol i wanted to do the grilles but i kinda like how the chrome pops, i might try it out in the spring to see, the v is put away for the season now.
my spring mods will be coil overs and hopefully a gforce 9 inch rear then might test my luck with spray
