What is it Worth? - Looking to sell my car

I have a 1999 m6 camaro SS pewter in color has leather interior and 135k on the body. 1k miles on the rebuilt ls1 3k on a rebuilt transmission. Has diamond stage 2 clutch with tick adjustable master cylinder and tick speed bleeder and a pro 5.0 shifter. Has 243 heads ls6 intake and ls6 cam. Texas speed lt's and 3" y pipe also has a walboro intank fuel pump. Just wondering what y'all think a fair asking price is to start with. Thanks

clear title?...any accidents?
was the engine "professionally" rebuilt?...who rebuilt it?
condition of exterior and interior? any dents, dings, scratches, rips, tears, etc?
what tires and wheels....and condition?
how well is it running and riding?
does everything work properly?...such as power accessories, etc.
any suspension mods?
is a/c still installed and operable?
ever been to the track? ever been dynoed?
any problems or issues at all ??

I'd say you are going to be anywhere from $2,500 - $5,500 depending on how the above questions are answered.....maybe a little more if it's REALLY nice but not much.
