I know this is a popular issue and I searched without finding any answers
Whats causes the dimpled on the top of quarters on camaro and how can they be fixed? Ive been told paintless dent repair but I want to get them fixed and paint m car. I do not want to fill them, and I dont want them coming right back
I am unfamiliar with paintless dent repairs

I popped a couple of mine out by getting behind the panel and slowly working them out with a cut off broom handle. The inside of both quarters is easy to get to from inside the car.
The paintless dent removal guys do basically the same thing but with better tools.

It's from your car torquing, get some sfc's.

ok so ill bring this back alive mine has a small shallow one in the passenger rear quarter from a gate from an apt complex closing on me. paints alright but the dent just bothers me... is it worth it to take it somewhere? try and roll it out with a chunk of broomstick? ughh

Just take it somewhere. Usually a shop will charge $75 for the first painless dent removal and then $25 for any additional

I got a cage and sfc's and I have a shit ton of dimples. I consider them battle wounds lol. it is what it is. I dont think even with those added it helps all that much.

same here but mine is black they are hardly noticable and it is a race car but it really bothers me knowing they are there.
Sometimes I have to look for them to find them so they arent real bad but I want it fixed before I paint the car

SFC's were the absolute first part I put on my car, and I still got the damn dimples once I started racing the car...sux!

its caused by wheel hop. Mine were awful, got them fixed and used umi lca's and bilstien shocks. No more wheel hop no more dimples. I do not have my sfc welded on yet.
