3rd wiper control board in 3 years - why? I just got done replacing the wiper control board in a 1999 camaro for the third time in 3 years.
Why is this happening?
...the last two units have been sealed with silicone to prevent water sepage into the controller box...
The last one went out during a car wash and the wipers refused to shut off.... the drain appears to be working fine...
