I have a 98 z28, just bought a ad244 from a escalade esv since my stock one was going out. Just curious what size belt I need to get for it, 6 ribs and what length?? I looked it up on here and got mixed reviews. I am not running any extra pullys, all stock.

try the stock size 1st....if its to tight go up 1 size

wut exactly is the stock size? I read some guys using a 79.5 with the ad244 swap

if you look on rock auto you can find it out......i am not running the stock size because of a buick pulley

Im not positive, but on S10s when we switched to the ad244 we just got a belt 1" longer than stock and it fit perfect. Im thinking about switching to the ad244 on my 2000 3.8 and im just gonna drive up to the parts store and swap it in the parking lot so I can easily switch belts if need be.
