Delayed start with racetronix kit

Delayed start with racetronix kit I installed the racetronix fuel pump and hot wire kit a week or two ago. Ever since installing it I have to let the fuel pump prime before the car will start. With the stock pump I could turn on the key and immediately start it up. Now i have to turn it on, wait till the pump stops running (you can hear it turn on for about two seconds) then crank it and it will start.
If i simply turn the key on and try to start the car it won't fire till the pump is primed. Its like the stock pump help pressure and this racetronix is bleeding back.
Is this normal?

you tightened the clamped tohard pinching the tube..i well the shop that put mine in just put in diff hose clamps....you can search and see others have pinched the tube before causing this problem..mine did and my shop redid it and also change the clamps to be sure
